Geo Bee returns!

March 4, 2022

Atlases, road maps, and geography apps saw heavy use in the weeks before the Geography Bee at Aspen Country Day School in mid April. Students in Fourth through Eighth Grades completed in classroom semi-finals, and eight contenders advanced to the final round of this popular academic competition.

“Participation in the ACDS Geography Bee inspires learners to seek new knowledge about our planet,” says Head of Lower School Adam Hancock. “In doing so, students make discoveries about the relationship between geography and the social and environmental issues facing our world.”

Congratulations to all the contestants. Our winner is Sixth Grader Jet T., who triumphed in the final round — a spirited competition with the eight finalists.
