Summer checklist
Ready to head back to school in September? Here are your TO DO items for 2022.
ITEM #1, for parents: forms to complete online

It’s time to upload your health records and immunization forms! You may now update and upload your information via mycountryday, using a tool called Magnus Health. (No more SchoolDoc.)
Log in to mycountryday (important: your user name is your email address) and look under “Resources” for the Magnus Health link. Questions? Contact us.
ITEM #2, for students: summer homework

Stay curious this summer! Assignments are engaging and designed to keep your skills sharp for next fall.
ITEM #3: back-to-school supplies

Back-to-school shopping should be simple and easy. Most supplies are provided; there are just a few items you need to bring. Find your grade here.
ITEM #4: for families: Outdoor Education trip prep

Details come in the fall via ParentSquare for current families. Here are packing lists and general info to help you prepare.
ITEM #5: for parents: fill out the PIE volunteer signup form

Our parent association is called PIE, for Partners in Education. This group builds community and involvement in daily life at school. Volunteering is a great way to participate, and here’s your chance to sign up for a variety of opportunities, including:
- Teacher Appreciation
- Grade Ambassadors
- Dining Hall Volunteers
- Welcoming Committee
- Community Partnerships
- Teacher Holiday Gift
ITEM #6: for parents: plan transportation or choose a bus route

School bus stops and times will be posted later this summer. Those who wish to ride to after-school activities or one-time riders will receive instructions later on how to choose this in SchoolPass.
