An Aspen Country Day School graduate, Andrew completed his degree in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado Boulder and also earned Wilderness First Responder certification. His experience, confidence, resilience, and appreciation for the mountains add an extra layer of stoke to the ACDS Outdoor Education program.
Favorite place in Aspen?
I used to look up at Pyramid Peak from the car on my way to school every day. Now it feels like a full-circle moment whenever I summit Pyramid Peak and look down at Highway 82.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
An ornithologist.

Sunglasses, Burt’s Bees lip balm, and a water bottle
