Board of Trustees
Strategic leadership & Governance
Aspen Country Day School is governed by an independent board. Trustees are current parents, alumni, and members of the wider community. The Board holds the school in trust for future generations by strategically planning the school’s future, defining the mission of the school, and ensuring the school is adhering to that mission. With a robust committee structure, it exercises financial oversight and stewardship of the school’s resources. The board hires, supports, and evaluates the Head of School.
