ALREADY APPLIED? LOG INWe are now welcoming applications for next September and for future years. Completed applications are due February 1. Please click here to fill out the inquiry form. This is the first step. We look forward to meeting you!
Interested in applying? Here are the steps.
step 1: fill out the inquiry form
All families complete an inquiry form online. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Once we have your completed form(s), we will contact you to schedule a visit and answer any questions. Start your inquiry here.
step 2: visit the campus (parents)
There are many opportunities to visit the campus and learn more about our program, including tours, admission events, and in-person or virtual visits for parents. We look forward to hearing about your goals for your children’s education.
step 3: complete your application
We require a formal application that includes a parent statement, academic records, teacher evaluations, and scores on any standardized tests that your child has already taken. This application is completed online. In accordance with our personal approach, our Admissions Committee considers each student individually, and there is no standardized entrance test required for our school. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.
step 4: engage in assessments (for children)
At this time, we will not be hosting classroom visit days due to the pandemic. In lieu of classroom visits, we will conduct internal assessments for all students whose application materials are complete by February 1. These assessments will be either in person or via Zoom on Tuesday, February 21 between 8 am and 10 am. Once the application is complete, parents will be contacted to schedule a time for this process.
step 5: find out
Application materials are reviewed by an admissions committee. Applicants whose completed application materials are received by early February will be notified of admission by the first week in April.
step 6: enroll
Once a student is invited to attend, an enrollment contract is offered. A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to hold a place in the class. Tuition is payable June 1.
step 7: start the journey: new family welcoming
Joining a new school community is an exciting step for the whole family. A welcoming program matches new families up with parents of current students, and from these early connections all kinds of magic happens: playdates, tips on after-school programs, and much more. There are new family gatherings for parents right before the start of school to ensure everyone is ready for the first day and warmly welcomed into the school.
