Holly joined the ACDS Second Grade team midyear in 2022-23. Her undergraduate studies were in journalism and mass media at the University of Colorado, and she studied abroad for a year in Australia. She worked with Carbondale-based Backbone Media for six years and has also worked with Vail Resorts as the Beaver Creek digital marketing manager. Holly has volunteered on the board of the Little Red Schoolhouse in Snowmass and the Wildwood School; she has also been a substitute teacher at Aspen Elementary School.
What makes a student’s experience at ACDS distinctive from other schools?
ACDS has a wonderful outdoor education program for every grade. It’s always amazing to see how the kids thrive when they’re in nature and how they encompass all the ACDS core values.
