Which ACDS core value is most meaningful to you, and why?
Character. I believe in integrity and always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. A kind gesture can have a lasting impact and is essential to building strong and supportive communities.
What led you to a career in education?
I began my career in marketing, but soon discovered that teaching and working with children gave me a sense of meaning and has been the most rewarding part of my professional career.
Favorite way to spend a weekend or day off?
On my days off you’ll 100% find me skiing on the mountain. I’ll never miss a Saturday or Sunday. One of my life goals is to earn the 100-day pin, which might have to wait until I retire.
If you could swap lives with anyone for a day, who would it be?
I’d love to be Beyoncé for a day. She’s my favorite artist and I’d love to sing and dance as well her. However, I think I could only had the fame for one day before wanting to come back to reality.
