What energizes you?

I am high energy and an extrovert so I am most energized when I am with others. Music is another awesome energizer. I can’t sing worth a lick, but I sure can pretend I sound great singing along to my favorites.

Your favorite place in the world?

My family and friends are my world, so wherever I am able to spend time with them is my favorite place in the world.

What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?

When a day starts out a bit rough, I love to get outside and get moving. Hiking or walking with a friend or solo is always the fastest way for me to reset. Bluebird days and mountain air always lift my spirits.
