Caitlin, who grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley, studied elementary education with a concentration in cultural and linguistic diversity and has a teacher leadership endorsement from Colorado Mountain College. Caitlin has taught Third Grade at the Riverview School and has mentored student teachers as they grow as educators. As a literacy interventionist paraprofessional, Caitlin provided targeted literacy instruction to students with diverse learning needs. Caitlin has also worked as a STEM educator and taught summer programs with the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.
